This thin dog raincoat does not have a fabric lining but it is laminated with a soft, smooth waterproof membrane. The dog leash attachment opening can be snapped closed so that water does not run down the dog's back. And the waterproof rainstopper collar can be tightened behind the ears so water doesn't run down the dog's neck. Plus, the dog raincoat has fully taped seams.
