Politique d'expédition

We understand that your order is valuable, and our goal is to have your order shipped no later than 2 business days*, although we take in account inclement weather, every major holiday, observed holidays and weekends. We currently sell domestically & internationally, but we are working on expansion to other countries, so we are able to reach every market. Currently, we ship to 48 states and Canada using UPS, FedEx, USPS/Canada Post and DHL. Some products in the same order may arrive at different times. If you are having problems with your delivery, please contact us or the delivery carrier for any questions and/or concerns. 

International Shipping:

While we currently ship internationally delivery duty is unpaid (DDU) and customers should be aware of their local import duty and tax fees prior to purchase. You will be applicably charged for non acceptance at time of delivery for returns/refusalsYou can find delivery duty & tax estimators through your applicable government website on possible fees. It is up to the customer to pay these fees and be aware prior to purchase of merchandise. Once merchandise is in the delivery process and not accepted at time of delivery, customers will be charged applicable fees for returns.

Covid-19 related information:

In the event of how Covid-19 cases may be rising in your area, delivery carriers may face a delay on getting your package to your address, but we will keep you updated with accurate information regarding your order.  We appreciate you for shopping with us during these unprecedented times. 

*Some products may be delayed by 2-3 additional days due to warehouse stock changes, but orders will still ship within the same week. Digital Gift cards can take up to 48 hours to be delivered to your email or through SMS (when applicable).
