This APC Smart-UPS is designed for small to medium business users to maintain business uptime and continuity. This 1440VA line interactive tower UPS provides pure sine wave power to support critical electronics during power disruptions. The UPS comes with NEMA 5-15P input and 8x NEMA 5-15R outlets. This UPS offers cloud-based remote power monitoring, UPS firmware upgrades, remote diagnostics and proactive email notifications with recommended actions. The Smart-UPS C has an intuitive graphic LCD interface. The UPS can connect to EcoStruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms.
This line interactive UPS operates in green mode for high operating efficiency. Connect to either monitoring software using the Port on the back of the device. The SMC has a 2-year warranty, and comes with a built-in lead-acid battery. This UPS provides surge protection against lightning strikes, power sags, brownouts and surges. This is compatible with a dedicated user-replaceable battery, and the APC replacement battery cartridge helps restore UPS performance to the original specifications.
This 900 watt UPS offers a green mode to ensure you are operating at the highest level of efficiency while it's smart battery management maximizes performance. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) adjusts voltages ensuring reliable power while preserving battery life. Predictive battery management provides an estimated date of when battery replacement is recommended. Package Contains UPS, USB cable.

How long will this UPS power my system when the power goes out?
Runtimes of any UPS will vary based on the amount of power required by your connected devices.
Will the UPS automatically switch off from the battery backup when power is restored?
Yes, when adequate power is restored to the UPS and is within the operating voltage range of the UPS, it will revert to passing utility power to connected electronics.
My UPS is on, but my power button is blinking and beeping.
The battery needs to be connected first. Please read the user manual for instructions on connecting the battery.
How does SmartConnect advance plan differ from SmartConnect standard plan?
All new devices are on-boarded to the Standard plan with remote power monitoring, UPS and power events, automated distribution of firmware to UPSs with one-click remote installation and downloadable asset and renewal reports. Upgrade to Advanced plan any time to be able to remotely reboot connected IT equipment from the Cloud. The advanced plan is compatible with all SmartConnect devices and ideal for SMT and other Smart-UPS models with Controllable Outlet Groups. Use the outlet group naming feature to track how your essential and non-essential equipment is plugged in. Use SmartConnect Advanced plan to power-cycle the controllable Outlet group independently from the UPS Main Group, to reboot connected IT equipment without going on site.
Does this UPS come with PowerChute Serial Shutdown software?
PowerChute Serial Shutdown is available for download from the apc.com. It is a UPS management software enabling graceful system shutdown in the event of an extended power outage and provides energy management capabilities for desktops, servers, and workstations.
